Return Policy

 We want you to love your GLOCK product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out.

Items can be returned within 45 days with copy of the receipt.
Items must be purchased through store.glock.us to be eligible for return or exchange through GLOCK, Inc.
Apparel items must be unworn and have original tags attached when applicable. All other products should be in unsed condition and in their original pacakaging. Items out of the original packaging may occur a 10% restocking fee. Triggers may not be returned once opened. 
All clearance items are final sale items. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items.
The customer has to pay the shipping back to GLOCK. We will send any requested exchange items after we have received the original merchandise at the warehouse.
